Return & Refund Policy
You can only return the product in 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the products(s). For return after 3 days please reach us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason of your return.

- Once your return is confirmed by us then pack the item and hand it over to the delivery guy
- The item will be inspected properly by our inspection team
- If the item qualifies for return we will refund you within seven (7) working days depending on your bank
- Used or 'broken-seal' Product(s).

- If Specifically mentioned in the Product(s) description that product is non-returnable

- Clearance Products
- Pre-Ordered Games or Items
- Items sold with a “Free Gift”
- Customized consoles and accessories
- Any item that is three (3) days past its receiving/delivery date.
- Any item not in its original condition. (I.E. opened or used) If an item/packaged has been damaged during the shipment process, please submit photos to our team and we will find a solution to get your product to you in one piece!
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Refunds can be only made for Products which qualifies for refund criteria. In case an item is rejected by our inspection Team than the product will be sent back to customer and no refunds will be granted. In addition customer will have to bear 'Cash of Delivery' charges.
- Refunds will be made within seven(7) working days depending on your bank.

- Clearance items will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via the website chat service or call us to +971 52 760 4426 for further assistance.
Return Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
